Stunning mid 60's ladies Rolex made from all 18k gold and with an integrated bracelet. Unique "Chine" finish throughout thats signature to Rolex. Serial number dates it to the early 60s on the case with a caliber 1600 movement which was first used in the early Cellini models. We believe this is one of the early versions of their fashion dress watches before the Cellini was introduced. Great condition overall and the watch runs. 6.75"L when stretched out and the case itself measures 25mm wide. Rare and unique vintage Rolex! The watch was just serviced and comes with a 1 year warranty from 8-12-25.
